What is your return policy?
We understand that you may sometimes want to return your purchases. We are happy to help you with this.
We do not accept:
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or that show signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
- Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
- Lingerie, jewelry, disposable products such as diapers or baby care products such as bottle warmers if their packages have been opened. However, we will of course refund defective products.
- Toiletries and perfumes.
- Bedding, mattresses, bathroom products, baby products, pillows, sheets, duvets, bed sheet sets, pillowcases, mattress toppers, foam, towels and bathrobes that have been taken out of their packaging.
- Products that have been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to inspect defects and will repair or replace defective products at our discretion.
- Products that you wish to exchange for a different color or size. (We are currently not offering an exchange service, which means that you will need to return the product first and then purchase what you want instead.)
Please return non-furniture products in their original packaging, within 15 days of the delivery date. Make sure you include the original invoice, all accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards that came with your order.
Are there any products that I will not be able to return online?
You will not be able to return any products from Mum's Heaven that you ordered using scheduled delivery. This typically includes any product that requires assembly.
Can I return part of promotional products, where the discount was applied to the total cost of my purchases?
Yes, you can return products that were originally part of a promotional offer, but you will lose the value of the discount.
Can I exchange my purchases for other products?
You can return your products to Mum's Heaven stores and use the refunded amount or credit note to purchase a new product immediately. You will only be able to get a refund in cash if you paid cash for your order.
Your credit note is valid for only 6 months from the date of issue and you can use it in-store.
If I paid for my order by credit or debit card, how long will it take for the refund to be processed?
If you paid by credit or debit card, it will take the following:
2-3 business days to receive the returned products.
1-2 business days to perform a quality inspection and issue the refund.
Your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 4-15 business days to complete the process.

I just returned a cash on delivery order. Will the payment fee be refunded?
It depends on whether you returned your entire order or only a portion of it. If you returned the entire order, the cash on delivery fee will be refunded. If you only returned a portion of the order, the fee will not be refunded.
I paid for my order cash on delivery. Can I return the products and get a cash refund?
The cash on delivery fee will only be refunded when you return your entire order.
Here are the ways to do it:
In-store return: If you paid cash and then returned a product to Mum's Heaven stores, we will refund the amount to you in cash.
I just returned an order. Will I get a refund for the cash on delivery fee?
The cash on delivery fee is an additional 0.500 Bahraini dinars that you pay for the cash on delivery service, which is added to the product cost

If I decide that I do not want my order while it is being delivered, can I return it directly to your delivery partner?
Yes, you can return your order at the time of delivery. Please note that the delivery fee will not be refunded.
